Reposition Cells in a Column based on another

You can try attached to your requirement. What I did is moved right side a bit down but I don't know what if items are missing on left but present on the right side. Let me know, if you are satisfied.

The Post #.2 person doesn't give any solution in his reply, he open a new thread in asking for the same question but he requested for "Macro solution", so it is different from this post.
