It can be done with just two queries if you add a line to the replacement table.

Thanks for the feedback. You could add the replacement list before the source step and buffer it. So you'd have 1 Query. Then in the replacement step you refer to the name of this first step.
Probably it can be made even shorter. But I die not have time to think on it.
 
I think I know what you mean,
It would indeed be a bit easier to modify the Replacements table but your solution is already very good
