Replace current field with value of another

On a weekly basis, I get 2 new data files (Sample1 and Sample2). Sample1 is the full file (lots of data) and Sample2 a smaller file with a subset of data. The fields in Sample1 are in columns A=Key, B=Resolved. The fields in Sample2 are columns A=Key, B=Issue End Date.
I would like to create a macro that I can envoke that would use the key from Sample2, and find the record (same key) in Sample1 and replace Sample1's cell B (Resolved) with Sample2's cell B (Issue End Date). This is done after I receive the two files.

I have included 1 spreadsheet with (1) Sample1 (2) Sample2 and (3) Result set
