It seam to me that the refund policy is not available at all
I have contacted chandoo several times after purchasing the products but didn' t received any answer or reply to my several emails.
 
@sherifab Thanks for purchasing our templates. We have received only email from your since your purchase. This was on December 2nd. May be the other emails were sent to someother address?

Anyways, I have processed your refund as you wanted some other product. All the best.

however I m really interested and what to purchase the project management template, is it possible to replace my refund with this package as both are with the same price and at first I wanted to buy the project management template but by mistake i pressed on the project portfolio templates
