receive username and password

Hi Dear Professors
is there any way that we make a file(excel workbook) and send to others in my office to get their windows username and password?
for example when they open the file or use this file , we get an outlook mail or gmail or ... or in an address in google doc his/her username and password ?
probably we have their username and just we need their password.
Is there any way ?

Hi,

I dont think any operating system allows any code to retreive password. As they are not stored in plain text format.

Also, importantly it is not ethical to know others password!

As Prasad alludes to, this would violate several security protocals at the very least. Best practice, if legitimate, is to simply send an email asking for required information.

i know that knowing of passwords is not fair
but one of my friend in it center of my office asked me about this
he forgot personal passwords and dont want to ask from 1200 co-workers that tell him their password.
his boss will punish him!!!
therefore asked me about this and i asked from you.
however if you can help , please help us.
