Rating classification

Hi All,

Request help to get the formulae to calculate the rating (In the highlighted col.). The rating can be classified as per below
a) Top performer within the Trade based on the rating description as per the adjacent table
b) the Rating distribution should not exceed to % specified within the trade

It's a simple lookup (lookup, xlookup, vlookup, index/match). Just use the lower limits of the thresholds.

Sir,
As per the above formula the rating is not properly distributed. for e.g total no. of headcount in Large Trade is 46 and expect the following results

Distribution	Rating	Desired Count (Population Not exceeding to)	As per your Formula
15%​	Outstanding	7	14
25%​	Very Good	12	11
40%​	Good	18	14
20%​	Average	9	7
	Total	46	46
