RAG Status

Hi Just wondering if this is possible, I have a Red ,Amber, Green Status and i would like to have an overall picture of all 3 status.I can get the red and green to add up but cannot figure away to include the amber status. See attached

Thank you very much with this it work a treat, just another question could i use your formula for the red and green count and if so what would i need to change.

=COUNTIF(D5:D256, ">"&TODAY())

Amber:
=COUNTIFS(D5:D256, ">"&TODAY(), D5:D256, "<="&TODAY()+28)

Red:
=COUNTIF(D5:D256, "<="&TODAY())
