Putting a hidden comment in a formula without being calculated?

Since worksheets can get confusing in what things do at times, is their a thing to put a phrase in a cell with the formula?
something like

in html they use hidden attribute like this
<p hidden> comment here </p>
can excel do something like that that too
=A1*B1<p hidden> comment here </p>

The only way I see is to make a fake if formula like this where it has to be true every time.

=if(0=0,A1*B1,"this formula is how to hide this message")

But it seems like a waste of processing to do this all the time but i
I assume no but just making sure.
Thanks

You can put a text string within the N function.

=A1*B1+N("This is rate multiplied by time")
