put a picture like background in a listbox

Hi Dear Professors;
Is Thare any way to make a picture as a watermark background in a listbox in a userform ?
such as put the logo of a company as a background in a list box in a user form ?
i am a beginner in excel and vb .
if you can please help me with a sample file.

There is a way, but you have to install additional control if your system don't have it. Unfortunately I work on 2010 and 2003 is not available at my end, so can't create a sample file.
