Proportion in pivot or Excel

Dear Excell Master

I have a lot of data as per attach file that i must proportion calculation/contribution per line to sub total. Could you help me how to speed up formula calculate without copying one cell to another cell ?
Note :yellow bar in cell its mean subtotal (in attach file)

Firstly, Welcome to the Chandoo.org Forums

You have 3 Options
1. Use the Subtotal Function
2. Use a Pivot table
3. Use Formulas, your current method, yuck

Use the Subtotal Function
Delete all the Yellow Rows
Then Sort by Columns A & B
Then in D5 : =B5*C5/SUMIFS($C$5:$C$1147,$A$5:$A$1147,A5)
copy down to the end

1. Select all the data
Goto the data, Outline, Subtotal Tab

Complete the dialog as:

Then in D5 : =B5*C5/SUMIFS($C$5:$C$1147,$A$5:$A$1147,A5)
copy down to the end

Select all the data
Goto the Insert, Pivot table menu
