Please HELP me I am not the best at this I have three questions I hope you can help me with.

1) Plan and Actuals on the Grant Chart how do I make changes without messing up the formulas or how do they changes.

2) Calculations - List of ongoing activities how does these two columns get populated without messing up the formulas I have nothing there. Activity Completion is populated corectly.

3)Is the any documentation that explains these different tabs.

Hi Cathy

There are those who would help you but they will need a bit more information, Excel nijas yes, mind readers no, upload a sample file so that those that help can see

Cathy follow this link, read and you are there, I would recommend using Dropbox as Google strips out parts of you worksheet and other upload sites require users to log in and register, people do not want to do that just to view a file..

Hi Cathy ,

I am not able to download your file , since Dropbox wants me to sign in ; can you upload the file and give everyone access rights ( share it with everyone ) , and then post the link here ?

I think your link should be similar to the following ( which I have copied from some other post in this forum ) :

Regarding Bob's comment that Google Docs strips out parts of the workbook , this happens only if you have the Conversion option ON when uploading the file ; turn OFF this feature and upload your file to Google Docs , and there should be no problem ; but even on Google Docs , you will have to share the file , and give those who have the access link , rights to open the file ; only then will Google Docs generate the correct link. After you have given others access rights to your file , you can post the resulting link in this forum.
