Project Portfolio dashboard – Question

I have added 46 projects in the "project details" sheet and "project plans" sheet. However, only 35 projects are representing in the dashboard sheet. Although I have done the setting of lstpland from the formula tab and manger name. Also, the Issues and Risk information on the dashboard is hanging. Every time I need to unprotect the sheet and see the problem. Sometimes I should change the information display from weekly to monthly or daily so it works.


Please assist us in solving these issues, waiting for your response

Thanks for your quick repons, I got the answer for the first part of representing all project.

the second part is that, the Risk and Issue does not get reflect as i change the project it is hanging
