Processing daily data

Hi,

I receive multiple spreadsheets generated daily by our It system.

This all relate to open orders i am managing.

each day i edit it slightly and vlookup from the previous days sheet.

I then pivot to see out of stock items amongst other things.

to save time i am think of creating a msssive pivto which i would dump the info into daily and refresh, is this the quickest way? I also have to update lines with new information as i get it.
