pROBLEM AT THE TIME OF ROW INSERTION USING KEYBOARD

I am using Ms-Excel 2013. I am unable to execute the keyboard commands alt+i+r & alt+i+c for the purpose of row & coloumn insertion. Whereas, I am able to do the same job with the help of mouse and other command like ctrl+r enter. I am able to use other commands using alt key.


I request you to please provide me the solution to resolve the above issue and execute the same commands.

Firstly, Welcome to the Chandoo.org Forums

In use press and hold Alt then press I, Release then press C or R

If that doesn't help what language version of Excel are you using?
