Printing a list of data

Hi

I am working on building a work process that will require any data that shows today's date (=Today() ) to be printed once. During the working day, more data will be added and further printing will take place - BUT - any data printed previously does not need printing again (the printed sheet has moved on to the next process). Hope I am making myself clear!?

Have a look at the attached file

It groups and hides teh cells which are marked as Printed
Prints the remainder
Ungroups all the rows
Marks newly printed records as printed

Good morning

Such a quick response and exactly what I needed to help my work processes. Thanks Hui - a donation will follow shortly!

Hi there

3 years later and now I'm looking at using the attached file. This file will now be used to provide a audit trail of scripts from a GP surgery. I will need to add a dropdown box with say 3 options (names of local pharmacies) and at various times of the day, manually filter on a destination pharmacy and print off without affecting other destinations. A courier will then pick up the relevant scripts and print out. Looking forward to a reply. Regards
