Print Issues in this Excel Workbook (NON continuous printing)

Dear All,

Please refer to the attached Excel Workbook

Aim is to print all sheets in the workbook in PDF PRINTER so convert to pdf

First i clicked the preview then selected Entire Workbook then printed
Also tried to print by selecting all sheets then simply print

PDF file is created in 3 parts instead of 1 PDF conversion creates 3 PDF
first pdf contains 1 and 2 pages
Second pdf contains only 3rd page
Third pdf contains remaining pages 4 and 5

This is long lasting issue for me appearing in many excel workbook of mine

Please advise the solution

Hi Govind ,

Can you check your file now ?

Please note that when I try to print using PRIMOPDF , initially I was getting 4 files , with 2 sheets in one file ; now , I am getting 5 files , with each sheet printing to its own file.

When I use the Save As option , and use PDF format , publishing it results in just 1 file containing 5 pages , one for each sheet.

Now the file as attached by you is oK
It is behaving normally
Please advise how to rectify this errors? i have many workbook with this type having printing issue

Hi Govind ,

I have no idea what exactly was the problem ; all I did was :

1. Ensure that the title rows to be repeated on each page are removed , since they were part of the print range anyway

2. Moved the sheet with the small print range to the end.

Why don't you send me another one , and I'll document every step ?

Dear Narayan,

I have changed the print margin in all workbooks that resolved the issue in allllllll workbooks
I'm unable to post all the worksheets as it is all official docs
