Power Bi to excel export

How do I get the columns to be consolidated? The power bi publish file to excel "example for forum" is not correct. The "IQDQCI" file shows how I'd like my commitment tab to look like. The number is consolidated instead of a whole bunch of numbers I dont recognize pulling in. I added relationships in power bi. So what is happening.

  • If you do cross-post, please put that in your post.
  • Also if you have cross-posted and get an Solution elsewhere, have the courtesy of posting the Solution here so other readers can learn from the answer also, as well as stopping people wasting their time on your answered question.

You were told in the other forum what the issue was. Without seeing the model, it is impossible to say why the values are coming through as text, but that's what you need to fix so that you can put the data in the values area. It's too late once the data is in Excel.
