I made a excel sheet of Port Demurrage Calculation. But can't conclude it. I put per day rate in the table. could any one please help me?

Dear,

As for example,
for port demurrage: if total days=21 then free time= 5, remain days= 16

7*12=84
9*24=216
total= 300

but sheet show wrong answer. I need help regarding this
