Dear all,
At the outset, i woould like to thank all the forum members for their contribution to clarify so many excell queries. Really amazing ..!!
With this in my mind, i thought you may help me to provide a solutions to my query.
I have few sales guys who are eligible for incentives as per their grade and % of incentive would be based on their grade/level.
Eg. A grade employee who has rated 5 (excellent), he is eligible for 15% of sales incentive whereas it may be 30% if the employee in B Grade.
I need to capture the % of incentive automatically in the grid / column.
The sample worksheet is attached for ref.
Pls. help.
