Plotting multiple time series with different scales on one graph. Please help!

Hello,

Please help me, I have been asked to combine my graphs.
I have the attached the data.
I need to plot on one graph as follows:
Graph 1 should contain: Year, Location, Bankbranches, Patents
Graph 2: Year, GDS, location patents.
So, what needs to be in every graph is Year, Location and Patents.
Could you please advise on how I can do this? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
