Please help average rows across multiple columns

Hello,

I need help averaging rows across multiple columns, referencing criteria from another tab. I've attached a dummy sheet that should hopefully demonstrate this.

The caveats are that there will be empty cells in the data tab, and for those I want them excluded (so average just the cells with values). Also, my data tab will vary week to week in size and number of rows, so I'd like the formula to reference columns instead of specific data range. And I need to avoid creating any formulas on the data tab.
