Pivot table see or print ALL rows expanded

Hi, I want to see or print ALL rows expanded. I have 2 fields as rows and one as column. Value is sum of another. How to achieve this. Normally one can expand only one row of first field

Oh great, thanks a lot. I did not see below 'Expand'; the 'Expand entire' option gives desired result
