Pivot table problem

I have a pivot table problem that I would like to see if anyone can provide any insights that might be helpful.

I will desribe the problem:

in the rows I have names....there is no problem there...in the columns lable I have a field caled performance level name...

The results I get right now arn't bad but I would like to make it better. The result right now gives me a count of the number of the following catagories advanced, proficient, basic, and below basic...it also gives me a grand total...what I need the pivot table to do automatically for me is add the number of advanced + the number of proficient and divide that by the grand total and display it in a column. Right now I have to do it manually by typing in a formula right next to the grand total column...the problem is I need to to this for hunreds of worksheets...any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Firstly, Welcome to the Chandoo.org forums.

This sounds like need of a Calculated Field or two

You may want to look at: http://chandoo.org/wp/2010/02/25/p-l-reports-calculated-fields-3/

Can you post a sample file for us to review
