Pivot table help

I'm trying to make a pivot table and in it I have four columns of data, along with a number of other fields. Those four columns are all formatted as a number. When I create the PT and try to do a summation on those fields it treats them like a text field and only does a count.

Any ideas on how to fix that?

figured out the problem but still have an issue. I just realized because in the report it has both sales and return sales(sales value of the items returned within that order) was why it wouldn't sum correctly since there were blank rows under sales if that order had a return tied under it. Since I'm wanting those to be separate columns to see side by side any ideas on that could be accomplished?
