You can get the Sumof Billpen by using
=GETPIVOTDATA("Billpen",A4)

Click on the dropdown in A4
select all values except Store and (Blank)

To add weekly reporting
Right click in the PT
Show Field List
Drag Week to the Report Filter panel

Hi Hui,

Above is the normal things which i have already done. but the question remains the same.

1. Bill Count is the main count fill Suppose its 1 in this we are having sub parameter like billpen is the sub count ie. 1,1,1,1.. So this each 1,1,1, needs to be devide by SUM of Bill count of that particular week.

when we are calculating data for the week then it is giving problem, if we are doing the same things with particular day data then its working fine.

Hi hui,

I want create calculated filed like this

=BillPen/(SUM('Bill Count' )-sumif( 'World',"Store", 'Bill Count'))

It is giving me an error.

Please suggest.
