Pivot Table (Count Items) Display total in cell [SOLVED]

Hi,

I have a pivot table with names of people and totals including grand total.

I can change the month and the amount of people will change in the list.

I would like to in a field show how many people in the pivot table each month.

e.g. Jan-13 shows a list and a cell next to the pivot table would show : 15

Feb-13 Would show : 17

From this I would have a formula =1/15*(B7/G7) replacing the number 15 with the cell referance giving me the figures I need.

Can you advise on how to count items and display not including the grand total. also on the pivot table I need to show the grand total.

Thanks.

If you know the Grand Total is always displayed, wouldn't it be something like this?

=COUNTA(B:B)-1
