Pivot Table configuration

Hi,

from the file uploaded , i need to generate following summery report . How do i configure pivot table to get this ?

Total Free pool Working on Angular Exit
IT Services 11 2 6 3
Arista 9 0 9 0
AppviewX 1 0 0 0
Maple 1 0 0 0
Total 22 2 15 3

In some cases numbers may not add up to total . Don't bother about it.

If the data appeares jumbled,see this pls
Coloumn headings - Total,Free pool,Working on Angular,Exit

Hi Nikhil,

Instead of fiddling around with the calculated fields of pivot table, I have added 3 helper columns that will help us in calculating these files.

I am here by sending across the attached updated file where on sheets, I created the pivot table.

Actually this is a pretty big table with about 20 coloumns . For each coloumn i cannot afford to create a duplicate coloumn .If you can tell me a solution within pivot table,i will be more than happy

I have put formulas to summarize the data, calculated fields are not possible if the filed is in text.

Hi:
The sum product does the same function as a pivot and will update like a pivot, it will be difficult to create calculated field since the fields are text.
