Pivot table % calculations

Hi,

I have created a pivot table and used the '% of row' function to show the % distibution of values selected. However, I have noticed that the deeper I drill down into the pivot table data the more erroneous the percentage calculations become - below, is a good example of this (6 as a percentage of 50 = 12% not 6.74)

No. of Staff 6 0 0 29 0 0 0 15 50

Percentage 6.74% 0.00% 0.00% 73.42% 0.00% 0.00% 0.00% 19.84% 100.00%

An explanation of why this is happening and any advice about how to overcome this would be very much appreciated.

Regards

Paul

I've never seen that behaviour.

Are you sure you don't have any filters on the Pivot Table and are showing all data?
