pivot chart how to get only latest 4 cell

happy new year to all of you, seems a bit late but nevermind ,


i want to ask regarding pivot chart...can we get only the latest 4 cell in it?


or we need to make help table then do index or offset there to get latest 4 cell?


example you have period there from jan, feb, mar, apr, may.. i only want to get the 4 last start from feb.

I think you can add a helper column in your data that states the latest four for each month. Can you provide some sample data for this. How will you show that data on chart??

i already added helper column using offset and its working fine, i'm just asking that question since i'm curious if maybe there are new tips/tricks regarding pivot
