Picture Drop Down List

I have to create a drop down list which contains texts as well as picture. I am able to create the text drop down only. Please help me to create the drop down list for displaying pictures besides the text in the drop down.


Example


When the name is selected from the drop down list, the designation, EXT & Photo has to be displayed.
