Pick number from numbers in one Cell

Hi all


I have a cell with 8 numbers and need a formula or code to pick one number of this 8


Ex:

A1 = 860412077

A2 will be 8

A3 will be 6

A4 will be 0

A5 will be 4


please let me know whats the best solution to do it

Enter in Cell A2:

=MID($A$1,ROW(A1),1)

Press Ctrl+Shift+Enter and drag down.

The formula works without CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER
