Phase Progression Chart

Hi,


I absolutely love this site! I am wondering if anyone can help me with a problem.


I have lots of projects that have gone through phases (A,B,C); and what i want to do is chart them on a chart. And look at their percentage differences from Phase A as well as final costs. I have their (ABC) costs, and want to select all these data points and have them be on a chart, with the Y axis being percentage and the X axis being each of the phases + the final cost.So we'd basically be looking at phase cost growth, correct? Any help?

Firstly, Welcome to the Chandoo.org Forums


This sounds like an application for a Stacked Column Chart where each column is the Phase and Total and the Height is the % complete


Have you tried that?


If that doesn't help can you post a sample file?
