Hi, I'm attaching my workbook firstly as this may make more sense to you.

I have a survey of a village that has 82 units.

28 of the 82 returned their surveys.

Firstly, I think the data in the pie chart is correct. I'm not sure. I may be wrong (maths isn't my strong point).

Secondly, when I try to transfer the data onto the Summary worksheet all I keep getting is a result of 100%

Am I using the correct formulas?

Any help that you can give me would be greatly appreciated :)

I think the formula on Summary!J3 should be:

Code:
=COUNTIF('Data Collection'!$D6:$CG6,1)/COUNTA('Data Collection'!$D$6:$CG$10)

or more simply

='Data Collection'!$CH$6/sum('Data Collection'!$CH$6:$CH$10)
