Hai,

Please refer to the excel file I have attached. The file is for Purchase order issuing tracking. In the file in column L "PRF Receive Time" and column O "Date Distribute". I want the percentage between the column L and column O.

Below is how my manager request to me.

Timely distribution of Purchase Order (PO) - to have 80% of total distributed PO within 4 working days of receiving PRF from PO tracking report.

First my manager asked in days between column L and column O I can done it. Now she request in percentage.

Please help me on this.

Firstly, Welcome to the Chandoo.org Forums

I think Q3 should be =O3-L3 and expressed as a number not as a percentage
Copy Q3 down

There are COUNTIFS(Q3:Q69,">4") entries above 4 days
= 8
There are a total of COUNT(Q3:Q69) = 67 records

so the average less than 4 is
=1-(COUNTIFS(Q3:Q69,">4")/COUNT(Q3:Q69))

that can be expressed as a percentage currently = 88%
