Paste values formulas simultaneously in different cells

I have 2 books, Book1 & Book2. Both books have the same format.

In Book1 & Book 2 C & D columns has values & E columns has a % formula, G & H columns has values & I columns has a % formula. Like this there is lot of columns that has values & there corresponding % formulas.

Note: In Book1 the values are linked to other sheets in the same book.

My question is how to copy paste the vales from book1 to book2 at a time for all columns without over righting the %formulas in book2.

Or

Is it possible to copy & paste both values & formulas in their respective cells at a time in book2 from Book1

You can't copy/paste selectively based on the destination cell, well without resorting to VBA anyway


Typically you will have the destination cells with formulas setup and awaiting data

You'd then copy/paste just the values out of the Book1 and paste into Book2 pasting just the values
