Password protected sheet help

Hi, Jack-P-Winner!
But you didn't say that in your wife computer the files get opened correctly? Or the password that you've been asked is not of the computer but of each file itself?
If still stuck, at this time most probably Elcomsoft solution should have been cheaper.
Regards!

@Sir

This whole thing has been one weird episode after another and if you only knew the whole story .... another time

anyways, on her computer it is doing the same thing. She has Vista with Office 2007 on it. I tried to save it to 2007 and it says I will lose my conditional formatting or a high % of it by converting to 2007. When I run the software which is Mac's (it works VERY well BTW just not on 2013) it says it will now go and look, I press ok and then it ask for a password. On my pc 2013 it says it will go look and it does. When it returns it says all the passwords have been cleared which they are NOT.

Now, here is where it gets interesting. The Microsoft guy screwed up all my trust center and clicked on everything except the kitchen sink. It was obvious he did not know what he was doing either. BUT, when he did everything he could all my MACROS are still there but I can not see them, but I can not get to them. They are like grayed out so you can not make any changes at all. It acts like my entire sheet is frozen 100%. I then manually put in 1 of my 3 passwords and unlocked 6 out of 18 sheets. But that is as far as it will go. So, I feel as if I am basically screwed

Microsoft has a tool called DocRecrypt. He was unaware of his own tool. Anyways, I asked him to try it because I already did and could not figure out how to make it work. You have to do it with the command prompt. Anyways, he told me I should call back and get another technician that maybe he would know how to use it. Hmmm, what is the purpose of phone service if your customers know more than you. I mean, I had to give him his own link. I will provide the link for you to look at and YES I am still without. I can still work with my sheets it just takes 29,000 times linger to find info due to losing the ability to copy and paste so I will continue to try to find a breaker of some sort but still need to move ahead

Hi Jack,
I notice from you picture on Dropbox that you ran the software on the Link sheet, remember this sheet is not protected, you must run it on a sheet that is protected
