Pan and zoom an Excel X-Y Graph

How can I zoom and pan an X-Y graph?
File starts as a csv and has 10 series and about 30,000 data lines.
I want to pan the graph, then vary the start and finish points, and the scale.

You can use a technique like sown in the attached file:

This technique uses Named Formula so you will need to understand them also

I used this as a basis to create my own, and added the option to display or not any one of the 10 series.
