Page filter in Pivot table

I am working on a dashboard where I have used most techniques that I have learnt from this website. Thanks to Chandoo and everyone.


I'm in a similar situation like the one posted in the forum http://chandoo.org/forums/topic/retrieve-varying-info-based-on-page-filter. But my question is Is there anyway I could filter "All" the make and the table will show me all the makes?
