Organize data related to a particular name into single row

Greetings!!
I have a list in which a particular name(please refer column A into my file) comes more than once and its corresponding column contains data(please refer column B to F into my file)
I want them to reorganized so that a proper summary could be prepared i.e a name should not be repeated rather its corresponding data appear into single row.
Both raw data and result could be observed into the attachment
