Option to display or hide image

I am using Microsoft Office Excel 200, when I inserted image in the excel sheet, at the extreme right I saw a panel view/hide Image with check box, when I tick it Image goes on hide mode and when I tick off Image comes back; Unfortunately I closed the panel (show or Display Image panel) with the cross and now I now not able to find it in the menu or tool bar. Can someone tell me how I can get it back.

Go to the Home tab on the ribbon.


Then look for the Editing group on the right hand side.


Click on Find and Select drop down,

and Click on Selection Pane.
