Number to Word Convert

Hi Gurus,

Please help in providing a excel formula where I can convert NUMBERS into WORDS without any VBA code or excel Add ins

E.g : 12345 : Twelve Thousand Three Hundred and Forty Five
and also if I need to add Rupees before and paisa after that.
