Not able to see the formula in formula bar

Can anybody help me to understand this template, how this is working ?

I hope through conditional formatting or formula.

If formula is being used, how to see the formula in formula bar

Hi:

It designed using a combination of named ranges and conditional formatting.

Control+F3 for named ranges to view the formulas. I understand that you know about conditional formatting already.

Need your help.
My requirement is :-
As currently it is in week format, I want in day format tracking..
For example;-
Left side:-
Plan :-
Plan start date, duration
Actual:-
Actual Start date, Duration
And I change the right top column k8 and other, as date

But by doing so, it is taking into consideration the Saturday and sunday ,
in Gantt chart

like:-
15-may-15 , duration =4 days

So it is taking into consideration 15,16,17,18 as 16th and 17th are weekday.
So what is the best way, to do this that i can show on day basis, but sturday and sunday not to be counted( or covered by gantt chart).

it would be great if you can help.
I am also trying it at my end, need to complete ASAP.
