Normalizing data..

Can data be normalized?


For example

Cell A1 has an application name

B1:B5 have server names that A1 runs on

C1:C5 have the cost of A1 running on the the servers, however each of C1:C5 have the same value.


Is there any way to normalize C1:C5 so that only C1 has a value in it?

There are a few questions here:

1. Where does the data come from

2. If the numbers are different what should happen

3. If the data is keyed in manually, why key it in?


Can't you just select C2:C5 and delete
