Needs Help on the VBA for an Attendance Sheet

vletm , because it is both... As in example posted. In D72 there is no colour because course was attended before deadline. C72 and E72 are yellow because course was taken after deadline.
There is today() because of this requirement
red for courses that the staff has not attended after the deadline has passed

GraH - Guido : as written in #16 Reply:
For example, Abel Silva, since he has attended all courses that he needs to attend it would be left white in color.I'm reading that sentence: there should be ONLY white colors!
Of course there could be one, two or three colors (... white is no color)
if someone would have that kind of combination.
But as long as I cannot get clear samples,
from those cases,
as I have asked many time,
I cannot help!

@vletm @GraH - Guido

Okay then. As of now I have managed to create a code that works.

However, in the "Summary", some of the Column E boxes would be highlighted in red even though they contain no content. They should be left witout any color fill.

Do you mind helping me find the mistake in the Macro text file that I have attached? :) I have also attached an example workbook that this Macro has to be used on.

Still unclear ! Where is result worksheet as expected ?!

If you master your subject then it is very easy to explain it
as soon as the creation of the thread and
the solution should come from the first answer …
The better initial explanation & attachment, the better code !

But in this case for few data better way seems to directly use
conditional formatting easier to maintain than any code
so a code may be useless …

@Marc L Hi! Here is the expected result. I need a code because I need it as part of a project..
