need to pick a data from one of the maintenance sheet and calculate and highlight certain value

Dear Vletm,

If i have the rate in maintenance table and then click any other sheets, rate in the maintenance table deletes. In this case rate is not getting picked in other sheets.

Please do not connect the maintenance sheet to other sheets while deletion. When the date changes on system and i required the maintanance table rate column to be deleted.

Kindly advise
 
Rates will clear ONLY from 'maintenance sheet' if rate's date is not today.
You can use other sheets ... it's possible anytime, just You'll get "ERR" with automatic calculations if that current's rate has cleared.
That 'clearing' do not do anything to present data of 'normal sheet'.

i undestood your point.

First i update the rate in maintenance sheet.
then i went to another sheets to for another calculation.

When i move to another sheet rate for calculation, maintenance sheet rate getting deleted. due to this err appears.

what required is,
When i move to another sheet rate for calculation, maintenance sheet rate should not getting deleted. Instead it should get deleted when the system date changes or when the excel work book opens again.
 
Old rates delete anytime then date is later than rate's date! =Your last sentence!
ex. If file is open over midnight the date would normally change, am I right?

Where You move for calculation? Calculations with rates will be automatic!
There should be NO FORMULAS in sheets!
If there are ... then those would overwrite with values
then someone would apply values to that row which will use rates!
