If so ... You would check that file, green and red values.
I still think that some values are 10* too big.

Great, great values *10
compare D5:D7 , G15:G17 , J15:J17 %-values
compare to D5:D7 , H5:H7 %-values
Why do You use fixed values in Your formulas D14:D17?

Thanks for your advise, I didnt understand your point, may be because I am a not a expert user of excel, I am trying to understand, allow me some time.

I'll try one more time ...
1) Check cell's [D5] value ... 0,075%
2) Check cell's [G15] formula
... You use 'fixed' value 0,75%, it's ten times greater than 0,075%.
3) Check cells [G16] formula ... list charge: 0,05% -- Yours: 0,5%
4) Check cells [G17] formala ... list charge: 0,025% -- Yours: 0,25%
If someone charge from You 10* more than 'the list charge', would You be happy, after You notice that?
If You charge 10* more than 'the list chage' from someone, would he be happy?
You use Your original %-values in Your formula, but those are different than those visible %-values, cells[D3:D7]!

'My table' uses Your the original values [H3:H7] all the time,
if 0,750% should change to 0,755%. 'My table' works at once.
if 'Your charges' should change from 0,075% to 0,0755%.
Nothing happens! You should also modify You formulas!
>>Try to compare cells [I5] and [G15].
Ideas? Questions?

I have a worksheet that this group helped me develop to solve this same challenge - it includes several techniques, of which my favorite is the UDF
