Hi,
Here is another option, normal formula,
=INDEX($E$2:$E$6,SUMPRODUCT(COUNTIF(B2,$F$2:$I$6)*(ROW($E$2:$E$6)-ROW($E$2)+1)))

Last couple of days after being hooked up with LOOKUP, here is one more idea which seems to work:
=LOOKUP(9,FIND(B2,$H$2:$H$6&$I$2:$I$6&$J$2:$J$6&$K$2:$K$6),$G$2:$G$6)
=LOOKUP(9,FIND(B2,$H$2:$H$6&$I$2:$I$6&$J$2:$J$6&$K$2:$K$6),$G$2:$G$6)

Also, next time you post a question, can you make sure that you use a meaningful title, such as "Compare B3 with Values" or something.

Your post says nothing about your problem “Need solution !! Help me !!” as a title gives no idea of your problem, “Help” is why this board is here, and if you give a descriptive title then you stand more chance of getting the right help. Members have different skills in Excel and may only visit certain sections of the forum, titles that just say “Need solution !! Help me !!” may not attract the right help. Members have busy lives to live, they have jobs to go to, families to take care of and a life outside of Chandoo world and do not spend all their time trawling through the posts, you cannot take the trouble to attract the right help with a helpful title but you expect the members to trawl through none descriptive titles.
If you take a moment to think of the problem your title would convey the help needed and the question you ask will contain more information for the members.

Hi bobhc. I missed y'all too much, so now i'm back.
Just been really really busy writing blog posts and a book. But there's a lot of inspiration here. Plus the odd laugh as well.
