Hi Charles ,

Please upload a sample workbook with this posted data in it ; if I have to do it , I can only copy paste and do a Text to Columns , but this will still not guarantee that the data layout that results is exactly what you are using.

Secondly , if more than one member of this forum wishes to answer your question , all of them will probably have to go through the same steps to derive a solution.

Uploading a sample file will make it easier for others to help you out.
