Need help with Project Status Excel sheet

Hi All,
Please I need help with a spreadsheet I'm working on for reporting multiple project status.
This will be like a dashboard show multiple projects and related information.
I have the outline of the sheet but need help to create drill-down for text .
For example:
Project History:
- Start Date
- Duration
- Deliverable
- Expected Completion date
- Inspection Report ( 5 lines of text)

This drill down will be for each project on the list.
Please I don't mind sending the spreadsheet and requirements to you and I will pay for this.

Can I ask/suggest few things

1. Can you post a file with some sample data, not just the structure
2. I strongly recommend against using two lines for each set of data, it is so much easier to extract data if each record is one line.
3. How often is the data updated
4. How often do you want to run reports/dashboard

Regarding ur questions:
1. See attachment for sample
2. Don't mind changing to one line
3. Data will most likely will updated monthly once database is fully built
4. Might run reports weekly, want to use this as a tool to report to my Boss on status of projects.
