Need help to capture data

I have two columns A and B. "A" carries Task Name, "B" with the Engineer name.

Engineers name repeat in "B" column assuming same engineers handle different tasks.


I am trying to capture task handled by each engineer in one cell separated by commas. Can anyone help me to get the right functions?

I tried with Indexing and other functions, I am not successful. Please help

I have copied Sample file in below path, the cells in green color will show the requirement.

I think this is a re-post! BTW it will be easier for you if you follow the alternate approach that i already mentioned to you. That is more practical to me, However I believe that the thing you are asking for might be possible very easily with some vba code. Here is the file with formula i already told you:
